The Tiretown Junior Golf Club fundraiser will be held Saturday, September 14 at Mud Run. Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. The 9-hole event will have a 10 a.m. shotgun start and the cost is $65 ($10 less than 2023). Some of you have already committed to participating. Please let me, Ralph Paulk, (rpaulk@tiretowngolfclub.net), Marilyn (mmpaulk@yahoo.com) or Clarence Mitchell Jr. (junemitchell1217@gmail.com) know if you’re interested in playing in the junior’s only fundraiser event of the year.
Frankly, for us to reach our goals of at least 60 players, we’ll need all members to chip in to recruit participants – friends, relatives, co-workers. Your generosity and hard work in the past allowed our organization to open doors for our juniors to explore life beyond the golf course, such as their recent trip to Washington D.C., to visit the African American Museum. The enrichment programs are a driving force in the success of our juniors.
For five years, you have made this event a success. Let’s keep creating opportunities for those who are the future of our organization.
