9-Hole junior fundraiser

The Tiretown Junior Golf Club will stage its 5th annual 9-hole fundraiser event on Sept. 16 at Mud Run Golf Course in Akron. The tournament is an important part of our efforts to continue funding for young men and women to participate in the various programs at First Tee of Greater Akron.

We want to thank First Tee executive director, Jeff O’Brien, and his staff for helping us put on this event. We also want to show our appreciation for our major sponsors – Ace Tax, Foxy Golf and House of LaRose. The support of our sponsors enables to fund the Buchtel High School golf team, which for the first time in 20 years has a complete regular-season schedule in 2023.
