It’s with great joy that I share with you an honor bestowed upon longtime, faithful member Roland Pennington. Roland, who has spent two decades as a coach at First Tee of Greater Akron, was recognized this past Wednesday during the First Tee 25th anniversary Game Changer event at the Fairlawn Hilton.Â
In addition, First Tee announced that future Coach of the Year recipients at First Tee will receive an award named in honor of Roland.
