Tiretown family,

As we discussed during last month’s club meeting, the volunteer registration form — Tiretown and Partners — is now ready for your review and to complete.

The form is copied below in this email, and will be posted at both tiretowngolfclub.net and tgcharities.org. 

Please complete the form as opposed to the form on the Northern Ohio Golf Club website. If you have already registered at NOGC, please let Dwayne Jackson (Volunteer Committee chair) or I know as soon as possible.

Please note the following FAQs and the link to register. The form is titled Tiretown and Partners. By registering via this form, NOGC executive director, Danielle Thompson, will be able to easily keep accurate records of our members who register.

• Step Two
  • Complete the registration. Please note the following:
    • Consent to receive text and emails from NOGC&F is a new field. We will begin to text volunteer updates in 2025.
    • The $80 volunteer registration fee, including your shirt and hat, will be covered by Tiretown. You may select additional items to purchase.
    • Please be sure to enter your years of service. If you do not know the YOS but believe the number on your name badge last year is correct, please let me know.
• Step Three
  • When you get to the payment page, enter Tiretown into the promo code box.
  • This will reduce your total payment by $80. If you selected no additional items to purchase, you can click submit. If you selected items to purchase, you will enter payment for those items only.

Committees for people who like to interact with fans: Gates, Hospitality

Committees for people who like to walk inside the ropes: Adult Standard Bearers

Junior Volunteers usually carry standards, but are welcome to volunteer with an adult on any committee.
